The website and interface of the Erasmus project “Medlit-Developing Media Literacy in Adult Oncology Patients”, in which Associate Professor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melike TORUN from the Department of Health Management is an associate partner, was introduced to the students of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management. During the training, the modules included in the content were examined practically and detailed information was shared about the main objectives and scope of the MedLit project.
Our fun and educational moments were marked by the Kahoot quiz developed within the project. Participants both refreshed their knowledge and had a pleasant experience while reinforcing what they learned through the competition.
MedLit is an international project that aims to improve the media literacy skills of cancer patients. We would like to thank the students who made the workshop meaningful with their participation in this valuable project that emphasizes the importance of health communication and access to accurate information!
