The Connect Project, which has offered an exciting opportunity for young people from all over Europe, has been successfully completed with the recent international meeting held in the beautiful city of Cagliari, Italy, concurrent with an international seminar. This marks the culmination of continuous efforts since 2021.
Throughout the project, a series of interactive educational materials and platforms were developed to help young people gain social responsibility awareness, participate in democratic processes, and make positive contributions to their communities.
The final meeting and seminar in Cagliari also provided a platform for the project team to come together, assess the achievements and accomplishments of the project, share experiences, and discuss future collaboration opportunities. The event was attended by young individuals, educators, experts, and stakeholders from various European countries who came together to devise strategies for providing further support to young people in becoming active citizens. This meeting served as a significant opportunity for participants to shape the path for the active citizenship development of young people. Participants from different European countries, including young individuals, educators, experts, and stakeholders, gathered to determine strategies for offering more support to young people in their journey to becoming active citizens.
